Our return policy accommodates item returns with a choice of refund methods available to you.


You may raise a return & refund request due to the following reasons. However, all return & refund requests and returned product(s) will be evaluated. We reserve the right to reject your request if the evaluation deemed to be non complied.
Reasons Description
Damaged Should you receive a damaged product due to delivery, please mark it as a returned item. Please refrain from opening the box, as opened items cannot be accepted for return.
Wrong items receivedIf you receive the wrong item or a quantity less than expected, please do not open the package. We cannot accept returns for opened boxes in such cases.
Website error The product does not match website specifications, description, or image (this issue is attributable to a website error or misinformation).

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the general requirements for returns are as follows:
✓ Returned item must be shipped back to us within fourteen (14) calendar days. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp stated on the parcel you return to us.
✓ You have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, delivery note or bank statement).
✓ The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts or vouchers received with it.
✓ The product must not have been used or installed.
✓ Do not open any sealed items. In the event of a wrong item delivery, refrain from opening the packaging, as opened items cannot be exchanged.

Item after 14 days upon receipt:
Your item cannot be returned after 14 days upon receipt, it can only be serviced. To service or repair your printers, please contact FUJIFILM Business Innovation Malaysia Call Centre at 1300-88-1163 or contact the live chat agent here.

How to return an item?

Just follow these easy steps:
• Login to your account
• Go to “Order History” 
• Click the “eye icon” to view your order details
• Select the item you wish to return and click “Return”
• Fill in all the necessary information and upload return supporting evidence(s)
• Then click “Submit”
• Our Returns Team will get in touch with you within a day or two.

Return status

How do I track my return status?
You may check your return status in “Order History”. Should you have any further enquiries, please drop a WhatsApp message to our Customer Service Support at 60182667802.

How long is the quality evaluation process?
Refund process only begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product. This quality evaluation process may take up to 10 working days.

Return shipment cost

Do you cover the shipment cost for returns?
No, you do not need to cover the return shipping cost. Upon a return request is accepted, we will arrange reverse pick-up to collect the returned products at your location.

What if an incorrect item is shipped?
we will cover the return expenses for the erroneously dispatched product. Instead of the buyer organizing the return shipment, we will coordinate a reverse pick-up process.

Refunds

I have returned my item. How soon will I receive my refund?
Refund process begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product. This quality evaluation process may take up to 2 working days. We will send you an email notification once completed. You will be refunded according to the following table:
Payment Method (at the time of purchase) Refund Method Processing Time (after return has been evaluated)

Website error
From time to time there may be errors on our website such as wrong pricing, wrong descriptions and offers for products that are not available or are no longer available. Despite anything else in these Terms, to the extent legally permitted, we may decline or cancel any orders that are affected by the error, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged. If your credit card is charged for the purchase and we cancel the order, we will notify you and credit your credit card account for the amount charged.
